If you mostly prompt AI agents, the models already running on your Mac are more than enough. You do not need this page.
Cloud fills the one gap they have: text you send to people. Cleaning and polishing it takes bigger speech and cleanup models than a Mac can run, so we run them on our servers instead. It exists so you don't need a second app for that. It is an optional $9.99/month subscription, billed monthly, starting with a 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime.
What you get
- Polished text. Bigger speech and cleanup models than your computer can run punctuate, fix grammar, and format what you said — lists, paragraphs, cleaned-up sentences — so the text lands ready to send.
- Clean formatting in every app. Your words come out structured and tidy — long emails, documents, anything you'd otherwise clean up by hand.
When it's worth it
Be honest with yourself about how you use Infina. If you mostly prompt AI assistants, terminals, and chat — where a missing comma doesn't matter — the on-device models are more than enough, and you don't need the add-on. That is the job Infina was built for, and we would rather you kept your $9.99.
Take it when polish stops being nice-to-have: when your text needs correct punctuation, grammar, and formatting straight out of your mouth — long emails, documents, anything a person reads. That's exactly what the larger models are for.
Turning it on
Open Settings
Go to Settings → Models in your Infina dashboard.
Switch to cloud
Flip the switch from on-device to cloud. Your very next dictation uses the larger models.
Cancel anytime
The add-on starts with a 7-day free trial, then renews at $9.99 every month until you cancel. There is no annual plan. Cancel whenever you want — it keeps working until the end of the month you paid for, then you're back on the on-device models. Your Infina plan is never affected.
