The Basics
Infina is an AI-powered meeting notepad for Desktop similar to sophisticated note-taking applications but designed specifically for meetings. It requires authentication through supported providers and integrates seamlessly with your calendar systems.
You maintain complete control by manually starting Infina for each meeting (it won't auto-join or auto-record anything). Infina then captures your microphone audio and meeting audio on your computer, transcribing it in real-time. It operates without adding any bots to your video calls.
Infina for Desktop works universally with any meeting platform including Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and more. Infina for mobile is optimized for in-person meetings and discussions.
Infina leverages industry-leading transcription services (such as Deepgram and AssemblyAI) and advanced AI providers (including OpenAI and Anthropic) to intelligently summarize and enhance your meetings.
Model Training
We strictly prohibit third parties (including OpenAI and Anthropic) from using your data to train their AI models. Your meeting content remains completely protected from external model training.
Infina may use anonymized usage data to improve our service quality and features. This helps us enhance transcription accuracy and user experience. You can opt out of this data usage anytime in your Settings panel.
Enterprise users have model training disabled by default, ensuring maximum data protection for business environments.
No Stored Recordings
Infina never stores audio recordings from your meetings. We perform real-time transcription on your local device, or process temporarily cached audio on mobile devices immediately after your meeting ends.
We only retain the generated transcript and any notes you choose to add. Original audio data is never permanently stored on our servers, ensuring your voice data remains private and secure.
You Control Who Sees Your Notes
As an Infina user, you maintain complete control over note visibility. All notes are private by default until you explicitly choose to share them with specific individuals or teams.
You can delete individual notes instantly, or request complete deletion of all your data at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
Everything Stored in Industry Standard, Encrypted Infrastructure
Your notes are securely stored in our US-hosted Google Cloud infrastructure. All data is encrypted both at rest and in transit using industry-standard AES-256 encryption protocols.
We maintain automated daily backups with multiple redundancy layers to ensure your data is always protected and recoverable.
