How Infina Works

Infina is an AI-powered voice assistant that works on your desktop. It offers three main features: voice action in Slack, Linear, and Gmail; voice dictation in any app; and automatic meeting note capture.

  • Voice Action: Execute actions in Slack, Linear, and Gmail without leaving your current app. All voice action is processed securely and never stored.
  • Voice Dictation: Type in any app using your voice, 4× faster than typing. Your dictation is processed securely and privately.
  • Meeting Notes: Automatically captures meetings from any platform. You maintain complete control - manually start Infina for each meeting or use automatic mode.
  • Works with any meeting platform (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, Slack, Discord, etc.)
  • No bots join your calls - operates invisibly in the background
  • Uses industry-leading services (Together AI, Groq, GCP, Convex, PostHog) with strict data protection agreements

Audio Storage Policy

We handle different types of audio differently based on their purpose:

Meeting Audio

Meeting audio is never stored. It's processed in real-time to create transcripts, then immediately discarded. Only transcripts and notes are saved.

Voice Action & Dictation

Audio from voice action and dictation is stored on Google Cloud Platform to enable transcription and post-processing. This storage allows us to process your audio accurately and improve our services.

  • • Meeting audio: processed in real-time, never stored
  • • Commands/dictation audio: stored on GCP for processing
  • • All audio encrypted with AES-256
  • • Meeting transcripts and notes are retained

Your Data, Your Control

You maintain complete control over all your data - voice action logs, dictation history, and meeting notes.

  • • Delete individual notes instantly

AI & Model Training

Your Data is Never Used for Training

We strictly prohibit third parties (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) from using your data - including voice action, dictation, and meeting content - to train their AI models.
