Platform availability
Infina currently supports both macOS and Windows, and works best when linked with your Google account.
Step 1: Download and install
Click on “Download for macOS” to grab the latest version.
Go to your Downloads folder and double-click
Infina.dmg
. A new window will appear with the Infina app and the Applications folder.Drag the Infina icon into your Applications folder to install it.
Step 2: Launch Infina
Open Infina from your Applications or Start Menu. On the first run, you might see a system warning like:
"Infina was downloaded from the internet. Are you sure you want to open it?"
Click Open. Infina may also ask for permissions to use your microphone or screen — go ahead and allow them.
Step 3: Sign in & connect your calendar
When prompted, sign in using your Google account.
Step 4: Try it out
Set up a short meeting with yourself or join a casual call to see Infina in action.
- Check that your microphone and speaker settings are properly configured.
- Launch Infina and select a scheduled meeting or click the upcoming event notification.
- If prompted, allow microphone permissions so transcription can begin.
- Watch your meeting transcript appear live in the Infina app.
Step 5: Explore what Infina can do
- Live Note-Taking: Add your own thoughts while Infina transcribes in real-time.
- AI Summaries: After the meeting, Infina can polish your notes and generate summaries.
- Easy Sharing: Share notes with teammates instantly via a link.
- Smart Queries: Ask Infina to summarize, highlight action items, or catch you up if you joined late.
