What happens after a call ends?

Once a call ends or you click stop recording, Infina automatically enhances your notes using a default format. If you've written your own notes during the meeting, Infina blends them: black notes are yours, grey notes are added by Infina.

Tracing the origin of notes

To build trust in the AI-generated notes:

Click the magnifying glass beside any note to locate it in the transcript.

Use Ask Infina to extract supporting quotes from the transcript.

Making edits

You can modify both enhanced and raw notes:

Directly editing enhanced notes

Click any note to edit it. Grey notes turn black when you change them—indicating you’ve taken ownership.

Updating raw notes and re-enhancing

You can also go back to the raw notes and edit them, then re-enhance. This regenerates all enhanced notes, overwriting previous edits.

Note: Features like color distinction and traceability of notes are still evolving for better clarity and experience.
